Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

Once the order is validated, it is not possible to modify it. However, you can contact us quickly at aloha@seiakini.com to see if a cancellation is possible before shipping.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours on business days. Depending on your location, delivery may vary between 3 and 6 days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow the progress of your package in real time.

Can I return a swimsuit?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an item. Provided that it has not been worn and is in the original packaging with the label intact. For hygiene reasons, swimsuit bottoms can only be returned if the hygienic protection is intact.

How to make a return?

1. Contact our customer service at aloha@seiakini.com with your order number.

2. Carefully package your jersey and include the return form.

3. Ship the package to the address provided.

4. Once received, we will process your refund.

Are return costs my responsibility?

Yes, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Our models are designed to enhance all silhouettes! We offer different cuts to suit each body type.

How do I care for my swimsuit?

• Hand wash in cold water with mild soap
• Avoid machine washing and tumble drying
• Do not let dry directly in the sun to preserve the colors.
• Rinse after each use to remove chlorine and salt
